SFA Terms and Conditions - Please Read Carefully

Savage Football Academy

By enrolling a player at Savage Football Academy (“SFA”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Structure

Savage Football Academy operates on a monthly membership basis.

Monthly fees secure a reserved place within a limited training group and cover structured weekly sessions during the training calendar.

Membership is ongoing unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

 

2. Training Calendar

There may be short breaks during school holidays or festive periods, which will be communicated in advance.

Monthly fees reflect the annual training structure and are not calculated per individual session.

 

3. Payments

Monthly fees must be paid in advance via the agreed payment method.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of training until payment is received.

Persistent non-payment may result in termination of membership.

 

4. Cancellation

A minimum notice period of 30 days is required to cancel membership.

Notice must be provided in writing.

Membership remains active and payable during the notice period.

No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Missed Sessions

No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions due to:

• Holidays
• Club fixtures
• Illness (short-term)
• Personal commitments

Places are reserved and group numbers are structured around committed members.

6. Injury

In cases of medically confirmed injury preventing participation for an extended period:

• Membership may be paused for a limited period
or
• Credit may be offered towards future training

This is at the academy’s discretion.

Short-term injuries do not automatically qualify for refund or pause.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

Players are expected to uphold the standards outlined in the Player Standard.

Failure to meet behavioural expectations may result in suspension or removal from the programme without refund.

Parents are expected to demonstrate respectful conduct at all times.

8. Safeguarding

Savage Football Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

All safeguarding concerns should be raised in accordance with the Safeguarding & Welfare policy.

9. Photography & Media

Photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

Separate written consent will always be obtained prior to publication of identifiable images.

 

10. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the academy’s control, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled where possible.

Credits for future training may be issued for individual weather-related cancellations.

 

11. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken to ensure player safety, participation in football training carries inherent risk.

Savage Football Academy accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during training, except where caused by proven negligence.

Players participate at their own risk.

12. Amendments

Savage Football Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

Members will be notified of any significant changes.
